Whats your Rashi ?

I’ve never been too into astrology. I never really took it seriously. It was always just something fun to think about. But now a days I check my horoscope online daily and I get impressed when something is dead on.

As usual I was looking through the sites and just got stuck looking online at what  site has  to say about different signs. You know the Zodiacal Sign of Pisces commences on February 20th, but for seven days, it does not come into its full power until about February 27th. From this date onwards it is in full strength until March 20th ..So although I m not a complete Piscean as mine is on 26 th day of Feb, but I was so impressed with how much of a Pisces I really am :D



 Here are some of the things I read that are just so true about me and Pisces that it's scary.

Pisces are common as inventors, writers, musicians, painters, and dancers. Um, yes! writing blog, Ya although I have few posts as this is my start up but then too I own 2 blogs. I am definitely a writer.

They are more readily concerned with the problems of others than with their own. Sad but true. Especially when I'm in a relationship, I always put others before myself. It's a good quality sometimes, but I do tend to get too wrapped up in the issues of others.

They sometimes exist emotionally rather than rationally.. Not always  but when it comes to close ones I do get driven by emotions - I live by my emotions and I wear my emotions on my sleeve.


The nine-to-five life is not for them.Um Not having much to speak upon this but yeah sometimes I love  making my own schedule and doing my own thing. It  is definitely what I want to do.

Pisceans tend to withdraw into a dream world. I literally do live in my own world; A world full of ambitions .



They are nevertheless intensely loyal and home-loving and will remain faithful. I saw this one and laughed because my friends always jokes that I'm a person who can get nostalgic for her family even living at Home ..lol..."I couldn't even think of living  away from home for my MBA I came crawling back to Bhilai where I now am so incredibly happy. I love my family and home more than anything.

Maybe this whole Zodiac thing isn't as ridiculous as I originally thought? Hm, something to definitely think about.

This makes me Happy

And now onto things that make me happy. However, there are ALWAYS things to be happy about and it's nice to give yourself a little reminder. On days where I especially feel like I need a reminder, I'll post about a few things that make me happy. I encourage you to do the same!

Summer:Yeah that’s right you read it correctly I like summer don’t know why is it because of  its intensity or because we have holidays or ‘coz I love Ice creamsIt's something which drives me crazy.Mmm..OR   It's just so much easier to be happy when the sun is shining and I have a nice tan...ha ha..lol

Bhilai: I really love Bhilai  and couldn't imagine a better city for me to live in. In the past week, I've been prancing around the city @ times and I love it. All the different areas of the city are so diverse and unique. There's always something new and exciting to find. My new favorite place in the city? NN Park!

Cartoons: I know it sounds lame, but as you all might not know, I love Toons.You know now a days I m on with Disney's Phineas and Ferb -Each day the pair devise ambitious, involved plans and inventions to stave off boredom these two toons are just awesome

Pictures: Looking through old pictures just makes me so happy. I love taking trips down memory lane and just remembering how good my life is most of the time. I definitely take way too many pictures, but I'm so glad to have them and when I'm old, I think I'll be thrilled.

Writing: I just love doing this, writing randomly what ever comes to my mind .Writing some times to tell my friends that how special they are for me. Writing sometimes when I am overwhelmed with joy or sorrow. Writing Sometimes on my blog although I m Newly Blogging, but blogging really does make me so happy Although, this is my 11th post. 11! That in itself makes me happy :D

Internship Day 6

 I am back pretty soon this time well  no doubt that by now I have started contacting people!


CCMH Visit: It was an awaited moment for me to visit an organization as an Intern, I was really very enthusiastic about it and my experience was really very nice-I Got a chance to Interact with Public Relations Officer-Mr Hira Dhar  & Chief Operating Officer- Mrs. Sujata Jairam .Stay tuned, I have no doubt that by the next post I will be having something new to tell!

Internship Day 5

The  1st stage in my internship has really been focused on earning to Organize & Select. To be more specific, I have to compile a list of prospective advertiser (for Impact Feature-MP&CG special edition), and create a master excel spreadsheet with all of their contact information and Ad Details. In fact now I can say spreadsheets is my forte. So the experience has thus been quite valuable nonetheless! To date, I have compiled just under 300 advertisers in this spreadsheet[;)]


By now, I settle into the daily rhythm of working. In regards to the databases that I have been working with, I have made a number of different queries to my guiding head to try and find the right prospect and now it is much easier.

Hello!

This being the first post I am actually writing some real blog stuff,Prior to this It was just a couple of  poems and articles.

This summer I am doing an internship with “INDIA TODAY GROUP “I don’t think that this name needs an introduction ..but still a formality - INDIA TODAY was launched in 1975. And in just a few years, it became the leading newsmagazine in the country. Now, with editions in five languages, it has become the most widely read publication in India�a position it has held for over a decade�with a circulation of 1.1 million every week and a readership of more than 15 million.

. I will be serving as a Development Associate with India Today Group, working for business growth for Impact feature for India Today Group of publication. My job would be to identify Revenue resources. Identify and facilitate potential clients to advertise in the publication.

The main initiative I will be launching for the company is a new Magazine named Laugh Today. Do I need to mention that the above line is a joke…well you can laugh now.lol!

This project will likely last me the entire summer; however, if I finish this early, I will be moving away from my Den for some time ,just for a change b4 the start of  regular sessions. I think I have spared enough of details on Internship for now, and we’ll come back to it later in the summer! Well, that’s it for now, be sure to check back in a couple weeks to find out how the development -How the  Laugh Today (and my internship) are going [:P ] !
