SiMER batch 2010-12 started with an intensive 5 day Induction. Induction orient’s student towards the culture, rituals and goal of the SiMER !
The program is specially designed to smooth one’s return to academic studies, to help individual develop successful working relationships with the other participants, and to understand the skills and action required to achieve a successful academic and career outcome from students MBA investment.
Senior Batch introduces freshers batch to SiMER , the MBA faculty and enables students to know each other .The programme incorporates a wide variety of activities, such as group exercises, presentations, projects, guest lectures(lecturers from various corporate houses -TOI,Radio Mirchi,BOB,BSP,Ambuja,Young Entrepreneur –Alumni ), committee presentations and outdoor events.
During the programme students work together in groups on exercises which demand both teamwork skills and individual enterprise.
The five day induction which started on28July2010 came together successfully on 1 August 2010 followed by an induction party-celebration of successful completion of induction- at Grand Dhillon on 2 August 2010. The start of a new beginning….
